Listening 

Experiences

Each experience is meant for you to take a 10-minute "brain break" out of your busy and possibly stressful day. We all have so much going on in our lives, and it's tough to carve out time for self-care, or simply take time to breathe!

Let's get started! 
  • Find a comfortable spot to settle in: a chair, a mat, your bed, anywhere that you can have 10 minutes to yourself without being interrupted.
  • Silence your phone, wearables, and electronic devices for 10 minutes.
  • Notice how your body is feeling now. 
  • Notice how your breathing is now.
  • Be kind to yourself. There is no right or wrong way of doing this. You are taking time to breathe, and that's awesome!
  • Stay curious! Whatever you are feeling, let things be for now. This is your time, your experience, and you can come back to this (or dismiss it) whenever you want to!
  • Come back to it. Each experience can be repeated as you please.
